Q- What are your operating hours?

A- We are open from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm 52 weeks of the year (excluding public holidays)

Q- How many rooms do you have?

A- We have three rooms: the Jolly Joeys (ages 6 weeks - 2 years), the Busy Bees (ages 2 - 3 years) and the Shining Stars (ages   3 - 5 years)

Q- How do we know what our child did on the day he/she attended?

A- We document the day's activities and children's learning in a range of different ways which are displayed for parents to see. These include our daily curriculum, photo boards and learning stories. The educators are also always available to chat to let you know how your child's day has been

Q- Do you provide meals?

A- Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late afternoon tea are provided for all children. 

Q- How much does it cost to send my child there?

A- Our current fees are: 

Jolly Joeys:  $100 (full day), $79 (half day)

Busy Bees: $95 (full day), $75 (half day) 

Shining Stars: $90 (full day), $70 (half day)

Q- What ages do you cater for?

A- We provide care and education for children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years old, we also provide before/after school care and occasional care for children aged 5 - 12 years old

Q- What school do you provide before and after school care for?

A- We provide before and after school care for students from Rose Hill Public School 

Q- What sessions do you provide before and after school care and what are the fees involved?

A- We provide before and after school care in two sessions. The morning session is between 7:00am - 8:30am and the cost is $25. The afternoon session is between 3:00pm - 6:30pm and the cost is $29

Q- When do you provide occasional/vacation care and what are the fees involved?

A- We provide occasional care during school holidays and the fees involved are $70 per day + any excursion costs if an excursion is planned for that day

Q- Do you provide government rebates or subsidies?

A- You may be eligible for government rebates or subsidies from Centrelink such as CCS (Child Care Subsidy). You will need to contact Centrelink to see what you are eligible for

Q- Do you have a school readiness program?

A- Yes, our daily school readiness program aims to prepare children for big school in a fun and engaging manner

Q- How do I enrol my child?

A- You can give us a call on (02) 9897 1146 and organize a time to come and see the centre in person. We will give you a tour, discuss our vacancies and answer any questions you might have before enrolling your child
